At my initial meeting with Anthony, he asked lots of questions about what activities I like to do and what my goals were. He tailored my routine to strengthen the muscles I would be using as well as work on balance. I was having bursitis pain in my hip as well as neck pain from kayaking. Anthony showed and explained exercises and stretches that would help the particular muscles that were causing the pain. Within the week, my hip pain had just about subsided, and my neck pain had greatly improved. We continued to work on those areas for another session. Anthony explained the reasoning behind specific stretches and strength training exercises. The pain in my hip is completely gone now, and my neck is almost back to normal.
I believe Anthony is an extremely competent trainer who takes the time to ask questions and teach his clients what they need to know to have success at working out.
His sense of humor and light-hearted approach to exercising makes training sessions very enjoyable.
