Emilianne has patiently shown me how many machines work and other exercises that helped my joint pain and strength building. She helped build my confidence in going to the gym and working out on my own, which has been a struggle of mine. After six sessions, I can already lift more weight and work without struggling as much. She’s very kind and makes sure you are working out safely within your means. She is very knowledgeable about the workouts and what you need to do in addition to the exercises to yield results. 10/10 would recommend.
