I heartily endorse Emilianne for Personal Training. She uses her depth of knowledge and high skill level to easily make adjustments and accommodations for the training exercises that she thoughtfully devises on an individual basis with variety to avoid the monotony of repetition. She provides excellent feedback to be sure the exercises are accomplished efficiently based on her attentive observation. I truly believe she has helped me prevent injury as she addresses my reported “twinges” that have occurred outside of the gym so that they are eliminated or greatly reduced! All of this is accomplished with her kind and fun demeanor while attentively listening.

I’m thankful for Emilianne’s awesome and effective training, which has made the progress I am achieving possible.
