I started working with Bri last summer, after my doctor suggested I gain muscle and lower my body fat percentage. I knew I could not exercise on my own without reawakening the bulging disc pain I had suffered from in the past.
Bri created a challenging exercise plan that did not bother the disc. She has taught me the importance of proper form, and has offered insights on healthy eating. I have gained muscle, and my body fat percentage is headed in the right direction.

I feel much stronger these days. I could not have done this without Bri’s help.
