This is my first experience with a Personal Trainer, and my trainer Emilianne is excellent. She is very knowledgeable, encouraging, and engaging. I never tried free weights and always found them hard to start, but with her guidance, I can add deadlifting and bench-pressing to my fitness routine. She also taught me how to do circuit training, which is very efficient and fun, since I am not a big fan of cardio. I have trained with her once a week for a few months, and I feel my knowledge of strength training has increased significantly, and I have become much stronger. Thank you, Emilianne! I highly recommend training with her.
