I’ve worked on stability and strength with Emilianne for six months. Her workouts are always different and challenging. She can quickly pivot to increase or decrease the intensity of an exercise. I thanked her many times silently when I was walking, climbing stairs, touring, or hiking on tricky terrain when I was recently abroad. She is also a delightful, optimistic, and encouraging trainer and a lovely genuine person
