REOPENING FEEDBACK DIRECTLY FROM OUR MEMBERS

Welcome back Members!

It’s been a little over a month since we’ve been able to reopen our doors and we have been extremely appreciative of all the understanding, patience, and hard work of members, staff, and the community. Our General Manager Ashley has been there since reopening, here’s what she has to say:

“Welcome back! I cannot tell you how good it feels to have our community back together in the Center. Seeing all of your faces again has brought so much joy to myself and the staff. Although we must maintain our physical distance, it is clear that staying active and connected to this community has remained as important as ever. We all know that regular exercise is an essential tool that can improve your physical strength, mental health, immune system, and overall well-being. That is why we have increased our standard of cleanliness, enhanced policies, adhere to the state’s guidelines, and continue to change processes as needed, all to offer you a safe community to exercise. The staff and I would like to recognize and thank all of our members who are doing their part to help keep everyone safe inside the Center. We are so glad to have you back and we look forward to your continued success.” – Ashley Brandt, General Manager

Thanks to our task force and regular dialog with hospital leadership, the Medical Advisory Board, and our professional janitorial service, we’ve been able to implement a detailed five-pronged, multifaceted Pledge of Protection to provide a safe member experience for your return to the Center. Our Pledge includes: Regular Screening for Members and Employees; Increased Levels of Disinfecting and Sanitizing; Controlled Capacity; Physical Distancing Protocols; and Personal Protective Equipment Policies. Once again, we would like to say thank you to the hundreds of members who took the time to respond to our member survey. Your feedback is so vital to our continued dedication of providing the best member experience possible.
