Todd Frazer

Todd earned his Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science from West Chester University, and his personal training certification from the National Council on Strength & Fitness. He is certified in CPR/AED through the American Red Cross.

He specializes in strength and conditioning, using methods such as linear/nonlinear periodization, hypertrophy training, and power training. Todd focuses on biomechanical efficiency to improve function, in both sports and daily movement. Whether working in Small Group Training or individualized sessions, Todd customizes each workout to adapt to the needs of his clients.
