Natasha King

Personal Trainer Natasha earned a Master of Business Administration in marketing from Strayer University. She earned her personal training certifications from the American Aerobic Association International/International Sports Medicine Association and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is CPR/AED certified through the American Red Cross.

Natasha combines strength training and conditioning to help her clients reach their fitness goals. She focuses on helping her clients master the physical strength needed to progress and the mental strength required to persevere. Natasha enjoys working with the Center’s diverse membership, training all ages and skill levels.
