Jarrad earned his personal training certification from the National Personal Training Institute. He also is certified in nutrition from the National Personal Training Institute. He is CPR/AED certified through the American Heart Association.

His combined background of fitness and nutrition allows Jarrad to strategically focus on his clients’ training goals. He is skilled at educating his clients on individualized lifestyle changes in order to achieve maximum fitness results. He specializes in weight loss and resistance training.
