Personal Trainer Brandon earned his Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science, with dual Minors in nutrition and athletic coaching, from West Chester University. He is a certified USA-Weightlifting Level 1 sports performance coach through the United States Olympic Committee.

Brandon specializes in strength and conditioning, utilizing various training methodologies to create unique fitness programs that cater to his clients’ needs. He is skilled at helping athletes improve their performance. Brandon takes a holistic approach to fitness to prevent injury and ensure results.
