Ashley Lion

Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology from Penn State University. There, she worked in the Neuroscience Movement Lab where she gained extensive knowledge of human movement patterns and how to address malfunction of those patterns. This experience allows her to assist in the functional training of athletes, special populations, and individuals in need of post-rehabilitation fitness as well as our everyday fitness enthusiasts.

Ashley is certified in functional movement screening, which she and her trainers often use to determine the exercises needed to achieve optimum results. She is also certified in TRX and kettlebell training. She is committed to helping members enhance daily movements to avoid injury and improve quality-of- life.

By working hard and following their customized fitness programs, Ashley is confident members will accomplish impressive results. She enjoys the opportunity to help improve the life of each individual who visits the Fitness Floor.
