Why did you go into Personal Training?
My interest in becoming a Personal Trainer started with my passion for sports and fitness. I’ve been an athlete my whole life and have always enjoyed playing different sports and staying active. I am currently an endurance runner. I enjoy working with athletes as well as speed and agility training. My goal as a trainer is to encourage others to live a healthy and active lifestyle while helping them achieve their individual goals.
