(*All classes both in-club and virtual, require reservations to attend and can be made up to 48 hours in advance. Reserve your in-club spot through the member portal Empower M.E., and your virtual spot through the Virtual Fitness Platform. For more detailed information on signing up and viewing virtual options, reference this handy Instruction Manual.)

Please be sure to be on time, both in-club and virtual. For virtual classes, you will not be able to join once the streaming has started.
