I’ve been having shoulder pain after benching, and Michelle made it a point to help me when she saw I was hurting. She showed me many stretching techniques that helped immensely. She also followed up with me after several days to ensure I was ok. She wasn’t contracted as my Personal Trainer, she was doing this to be helpful. She is very attentive and caring to all of the gym members. Michelle is also very knowledgeable when it comes to health and fitness. I would highly recommend her as a Personal Trainer.
