I signed up for personal training because I was extremely out of shape. After only three months of training with Tina, the change in my body, and my attitude towards exercise, has been amazing. In addition to teaching me the proper ways to use the equipment and demonstrating other exercises, Tina makes working out fun. Sometimes, I get frustrated because I can’t do something. Thanks to Tina’s approach, I end up laughing and accomplishing the task! She puts in a great deal of extra effort. Often, she checks in (via text) the day after a workout to see how I feel. Then, she makes any necessary adjustments to our next workout. Also, I travel frequently for my job. Tina has provided me with a set of exercises I can do in a hotel fitness center or my hotel room. This has been very effective in helping me avoid an entire week without physical activity. Originally, I planned on only a month or two of personal training. However, I added several more months of training sessions because of my positive experience. I am so happy with Tina that I recommended her to both of my daughters who now use her for training as well. Training with Tina has given my 16-year-old daughter much more confidence as a LAX player. This is not only the result of being physically stronger but also because of the advice and encouragement Tina gives her. I went from being an out-of-shape ex-athlete who dreaded exercise, to someone who is motivated to work out as often as possible. Thank you, Tina!
